A horizontal flow wrapper wraps a solid product in roll film with one fin seal and two end seals. This page groups our flow wrapping guides and links the machines.
Upper-film suits firm, regular pieces pushed by lugs; lower-film suits soft or irregular products that ride on the film.
Size the machine for your largest product.
| Model | Film feed | Pack width | Pack length | Speed |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| HFFS-350 | Upper film, lugs push product | 50–170 mm | 50–1000 mm | 25–200 packs/min |
| HFFS-450 | Lower film | 30–150 mm | 50–500 mm | 25–200 packs/min |
Start with these.
Also called a flow wrapper or flow pack machine, it wraps a solid product moving on a horizontal infeed in roll film, seals the film along the pack and at both ends, and cuts off a finished pillow pack.
Spack Machine HFFS-350 and HFFS-450 run 25–200 packs/min. Pack length, product spacing and feeding decide the real rate.
A flow wrapper carries a solid piece along a conveyor and wraps film around it. A VFFS machine forms a vertical tube and doses powder, granules or liquid into it.
Send product size, weight, packs per minute and a photo. We match upper- or lower-film and confirm it with a sample test.
