Use the form to send a bag photo with your product details in one go. Use email for drawings larger than 5 MB. Use WhatsApp when you have a bag photograph and little else.

The first useful reply is a configuration review: which machine family fits, what is still unknown, and whether a sample test is the next step.

Nothing is quoted as final until representative product and pouch samples have been reviewed. The later stages are on the project path.

Warranty coverage extends for 12 months from the date of machine receipt. During that period, defects are covered by technical support and complimentary spare parts; freight on those parts is borne by the buyer.

Most issues are handled remotely. When an onsite visit is required, Spack Machine arranges a technician; the service fee, round-trip airfare and accommodation are the buyer’s responsibility.
