Warranty coverage extends for 12 months from the date of machine receipt. During that period, defects are covered by technical support and complimentary spare parts; freight on those parts is borne by the buyer.

Most issues are handled remotely. When an onsite visit is required, Spack Machine arranges a technician; the service fee, round-trip airfare and accommodation are the buyer’s responsibility.
