What to send so we do not guess a mesh

We do not publish a catalogue millimetre table until a grade is confirmed for your sealer. These questions replace that table.

01: Host machineSpack pyramid, Spack drip, or another brand. Heat-seal or ultrasonic. A photograph of the film unwind helps.
02: ProductWhole-leaf tea, cut tea, herb, or coffee grind. Mesh that holds leaf will not hold fine powder.
03: Web familyNylon mesh, PLA mesh, PET mesh, PLA non-woven, or hanging-ear drip non-woven. If you already run a roll, send a metre of it.
04: Width and core if knownTell us the width on the machine plaque or the current roll. We will not invent one from a competitor’s 120 / 140 / 160 mm list.
05: Tag / threadPyramid tag and thread are a separate quote. Most machine rolls ship without labels.
06: Outer bagIf you need envelope film as well, say so. It is not included on these two Keep URLs.

No compost number without a certificate. PLA is a plant-based family, not a published EN 13432 or OK Compost claim on this site.

Do I have to buy a Spack machine to buy filter rolls?

No. We quote rolls to plants that already run pyramid or drip machines, including other brands.

Name the host and the seal method. A sample of the web you run today is the fastest path.

Is this the same page as “tea bag packaging materials”?

No. That encyclopedia is 10 common tea bag materials.

Can one roll run on both pyramid and drip machines?

Do you sell nylon, PLA and PET?

Quote pyramid mesh as FR-61 nylon, FR-62 PLA mesh, FR-63 PET, and FR-64 PLA non-woven. Those are screening names next to host SPM-600MH, not a millimetre catalogue.

PLA compost claims wait for a certificate. This page does not print EN 13432 without one.

What about hanging-ear drip rolls?

That is the second flagship: drip coffee bag filter roll.

Heat-seal and ultrasonic drip grades are not interchangeable. Outer envelope film stays off that page unless you ask for a separate quote.
