What happens after the machine ships
From free sample test to after-sales support.

Free sample testing
Send your tea and mesh; we test them free of charge and send a test video within 3 working days of receiving the samples. You pay the sample freight, and we refund it when you place the order.

Lead time, payment & inspection
Lead time is 14–40 days from the day we receive the deposit. A 30% deposit starts production; when the machine is built we send full test videos and photos to confirm details, and FAT or third-party inspection is welcome. The 70% balance is paid before shipment.

Installation & commissioning
On-site commissioning is arranged when your project requires it. The service fee, round-trip airfare and accommodation are the buyer's responsibility; exact scope is confirmed in the quotation.

Operator training
Operator training is part of project handover. Format and duration are confirmed for your configuration and region in the quotation.

Warranty & spare parts
Warranty covers 12 months from the date of machine receipt. During that period, defects or malfunctions are covered by technical support and complimentary spare parts for replacement; freight on those parts is borne by the buyer.

Remote support
From dispatch onward, support is available by phone, Skype or FaceTime. Most issues can be resolved remotely. When an onsite visit is required, a technician is arranged; the service fee, round-trip airfare and accommodation are the buyer's responsibility.

Yes. SPM-600MH seals the inner bag ultrasonically. It runs nylon, PLA and polyester (PET) mesh and nonwoven webs. Send a roll or sample of your mesh with your tea for the sample test.
Can one machine make both pyramid and flat tea bags?
Yes. SPM-600MH switches between pyramid and flat tea bags with one key. Inner bags are 60–80 mm wide and 40–80 mm long, on 120, 140 or 160 mm film.
Which tea bag materials can it run?
Nylon mesh, PLA mesh, polyester (PET) mesh and nonwoven, including degradable webs. Send your mesh specification or a roll sample with your tea for the sample test.
Are tag, thread and the outer envelope included?
Tag and thread are standard. The outer bag packager is an option: it packs each tea bag in a pillow or three-side-seal envelope 70–120 mm wide and 80–140 mm long. Gas flush, tear notch, date printer, metal detector and checkweigher are also available. See the line configuration.
Is the pyramid tea bag machine CE marked?
Yes. SPM-600MH is CE-marked under Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC (EN ISO 12100, EN 60204-1, EN 415-1). The technical file was reviewed by UDEM, certificate M.2024.206.C100050, valid to 2029-04-25. Ask us for the certificate and declaration of conformity.
What are the lead time and payment terms?
Lead time is 14–40 days from the day we receive your deposit. Payment is 30% deposit to start production and 70% balance before shipment. Before you pay the balance we send full test videos and photos, and you can arrange a FAT or third-party inspection.
Can you test my tea before I order?
Yes, sample testing is free. Send your tea and mesh; we test them free of charge and send a test video within 3 working days of receiving the samples. You pay the sample freight, and we refund it when you place the order.
What should I send for a quotation?
Start with your tea, the fill weight per bag and a photo of the finished bag. Add the mesh, tag, outer envelope and target output if you have them — partial details are fine. Use the inquiry form on this page.
