What is a VFFS machine?

A vertical form fill seal machine pulls roll film over a forming tube, seals it into a tube, doses product into it from above, then seals and cuts each bag. It makes pillow bags, sachets and stick packs from one film roll.

How fast is a VFFS machine?

Spack Machine VFFS-320 and VFFS-420 run 10–60 bags/min. Fill weight, bag length, product flow and filler decide the real rate, which the free sample test shows.

Can one VFFS machine make pillow bags, sachets and stick packs?

Not on one forming set. Each format needs its own former and sealing jaws, so list every format you plan to run and the change parts are quoted with the machine.

Which films can a VFFS machine run?

Laminated or PE film such as OPP/CPP, OPP/PE and PET/PE; laminated paper and aluminium-foil laminates are also used.
