Spack Machine builds pyramid tea bag, filter tea bag and drip coffee bag packing machines. This page collects our guides on tea bag materials, packaging requirements and coffee freshness, grouped by the question you are trying to answer.
Each machine forms a different bag. Pick by the finished bag you sell, then send your tea or coffee for a free sample test.
SPM-600MH: ultrasonic-sealed nylon, PLA or PET mesh pyramid bags with tag and thread, up to 65 bags/min (40 with outer envelope).
MachineSPM-T300: hanging-ear filter bag 90 × 70–74 mm plus outer envelope, 30–70 bags/min, nitrogen flush option.
MachineHeat-seal filter paper tea bags with string, tag and an individual outer envelope.
MachinePyramid mesh and drip coffee filter rolls matched to our machines.
Figures are from the machine pages. Your real rate depends on product, dose and bag size, which the sample test confirms.

They form different bags. A pyramid tea bag machine such as SPM-600MH weighs tea into a mesh bag and seals it ultrasonically, with tag and thread. A drip coffee bag machine such as SPM-T300 doses ground coffee into a hanging-ear filter bag and packs it in an outer envelope. One machine does not make both.
SPM-600MH makes up to 65 pyramid bags/min, or 40 bags/min with the outer envelope packer. SPM-T300 makes 30–70 drip coffee bags/min. Your rate depends on the product, fill weight and bag size, so we confirm it in a free sample test.
Nylon mesh, PLA mesh, polyester (PET) mesh and nonwoven, including degradable webs. Send a roll or specification with your tea for the sample test.
Yes, as an option on SPM-T300. Nitrogen is flushed into the outer envelope before the final seal and needs a nitrogen supply on site.
Tell us the bag you sell, fill weight and target output. We reply with the matching machine and a sample-test plan.
