Are Spack Machine machines CE marked?

Yes. VFFS-320/420, the rotary premade SPM series and SPM-600MH are CE-marked under Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC; ask for the certificate and declaration of conformity.

Can a machine from China run on US power?

Yes. Machines are built or adapted for the destination voltage and frequency; tell us your supply when you ask for a quote.
